Back Order Policyall merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with ballgloveboys.com warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced after being returned to ballgloveboys.com for inspection. Please include a note explaining the defect when shipping the products. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, size and color.
Shipping PolicyWhen you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against the packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Do not move any damaged freight to a different location. Notify our customer service department about any freight damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to follow any of the above procedures may invalidate any claim you may have against the carrier. ballgloveboys.com is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim if all of the correct procedures have been carried out.
